Excessive Sleepiness: Reasons & Solutions
Our body that makes adjustment to everything but, in some cases it hampers the mind and body. Lack sleep can make us unhealthy; it can even lead to sleep disorder or excessive sleepiness. Excessive sleep is a serious problem of our daily life. Because of various reasons like stress, tension, some medical conditions like narcolepsy, use of alcohol, smoking etc. our sleeping circle is affected. So sometimes instead of night, we have to feel sleepy in our working time of the day. It is known as the excessive sleep disorder. An excessive sleep disorder can affect our daily life in a very bad way. To get rid of this problem, we should arrange our daily life schedule in a disciplined manner.

· Lack of enough sleep
Lack of enough sleep at night can cause excessive sleep in the night. There are various causes of lack of sleep in the night. Sometimes we voluntarily do not sleep because of work. Narcolepsy is a serious problem for working people. It is a chronic sleep disorder in which people feel drowsy all the time and get the sudden attack of sleep. Shift work sleep disorder is that when you have to work then you fell asleep and when you have to sleep then you awake. It involves the problem of body’s 24 hours internal clock or circadian rhythm.
